Fire Products Catalog (Revised 2015) released for implementation
The National Fire Products Conformity Assessment Center issued the "Fire Products Catalogue (Revised 2015)", which has been released and implemented. According to the requirements of this catalogue, fire-retardant and fire-resistant cables are no longer part of the mandatory fire protection product catalogue. According to the GB20286 standard and the relevant documents of the Ministry of Public Security, fire-retardant cables for public places must be certified to obtain flame-retardant products before they can be produced and sold. Therefore, fire-retardant cables still need to obtain certificates before they can be used for fire protection projects.
