Product Sales Service Commitment

3. As far as possible to meet the customer's real-world problems, or technical questions, the company will reply within 2 hours after receiving the notice. If you need to send someone to deal with it, you can arrive at the scene within 12 hours in the province and 36 hours outside the province
4. According to customer requirements, the installation and construction of the cable is responsible for on-site guidance
5. Help to solve the quality problems of customers due to improper use in a timely manner
6. Be responsible for the transportation and insurance of goods, and undertake all quality problems and safety risks in the process of goods transportation
7. Establish and improve user files, visit users regularly or irregularly, and listen to users' usage and opinions on the product
8. Strictly implement the three guarantees of quality. If there is an accident caused by the product quality itself, all resources and responsibilities will be inherited from the ancestors
